The Challenge
What they were up against
Markchem sells construction chemicals through a distributor → applicator → contractor chain. Rewarding the people who actually apply the product — often at job sites, not desks — meant reaching thousands of contractors who wanted cash, not vouchers, and wanted it fast. Manual coupon processing and bank transfers were slow, fraud-prone, and impossible to scale.
