Our Guarantee

Simple and straightforward: if you are not satisfied with your security audit report for any reason, we will refund your money in full — no questions asked.

We are confident in the quality of the work our engineers deliver. But if the report does not meet your expectations, we do not want to keep your money. Just email us and we will process your refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@qilinlab.com with your order details and we will process your full refund within 1 business day. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Scope

This policy applies to the Website Security Audit ($97) sold at qilinlab.com/2026-audit. For custom enterprise engagements, refund terms are covered in the applicable Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.
